I'm back from Ireland and will be active on this club again.
So just send those notes, everybody!

By the way, should we start a contest now?

All right, two things I want to mention now.
The first thing is the new journal skin; this skin is only temporarily.
After the 29th of November it will be the regular green journal skin again.
But if this club gets popular and I stop being broke, I will buy a subscription for it.

Second thing is that I will be gone all weekend.
This means that I won't be able to upload anything until Monday.
But feel free to send notes and comments anyway; I will answer them as soon as I can.

A new addition will be added to this club; a section about the VOCALOID characters.
Simply because there are many who watch this club without actually knowing what VOCALOID is.

No stealing! Please don't steal other people's work; they have worked hard with their costumes and deserve the credit.
Do NOT fave the pictures the club submits; fave the ORIGINALS as, again, the cosplayers deserve the credit.
Please have AT LEAST ONE link to the club, either in your journal or signature (if you're not sure of how to do that, ask).

IF I FIND OUT THAT YOU DON'T FOLLOW THE TWO FIRST RULES YOU ARE SUSPENDED AND BLOCKED FROM THE CLUB!!!

HOW TO JOIN:
Send a NOTE with the subject JOIN or write a comment on the profile page.
When you're told you've joined, WATCH the club.
If you are in a cosplay group your group can be a member, even if you already are a singel member.
Note that if you simply WATCH the club, but do not ask to join, you will be asked if you wish to join.
You do not have to cosplay.

HOW TO SUBMIT PICTURES:
Send a NOTE with LINKS to your pictures.
The pictures MUST be located at DeviantART.

PICTURE RULES:
You MUST be a member of the club to submit pictures.
It MUST be possible to tell that the person in the picture is cosplaying; pictures of just your hand for example will NOT be submitted, no matter how VOCALOID-ish it might seem.
Pictures of props, costume close-ups, etc. will NOT be submitted.
If there are more than just you in the picture, state their name and what character they are when sending the links.
Shounen-ai (boy x boy) and shoujo-ai (girl x girl) are allowed, but keep it PG-13 as there are some members who are younger here.
The picture MUST be your's or you must have gotten permission to use it; stealing is NOT tolerated.
The picture can ONLY include VOCALOID cosplayers; Naruto, Bleach, etc. CANNOT be in it.

WHAT DOES THE CLUB DO WITH YOUR PICTURES?
This club wants you to rst asure that your pictures aren't used for anything they shouldn't be used for.
Here's a list:
This club takes NO credit in your pictures; it belongs to YOU and that's written in the submission's title.
This club links to your picture below the one submitted here so that people may favourite and comment on it.
This club does NOT post your pictures on ANY other sites.
This club does NOT steal either; if any of the members steal your picture they are banned and blocked from this club, reported to the staff, and I will send you a note so that you may block them as well.
When your picture is submitted here, comments and sharing are discouraged.
If I have given the wrong information in your picture by accident, please tell me so I can fix it.

Send a NOTE with LINKS to your videos.
If there are other people than just you in the video, please tell us who they are.
You are free to send in tutorials, un-finished costumes etc, in the videos.

Send a not with the sucject AFFLICATE and LINKS to the clubs.
Do NOT bother sending in afflicates with VOCALOID bashing; they will be ignored!
